    Rent checks are due to the landlord and/or management company on the first of every month.  The correct name and address will be provided to you in a move-in packet distributed by the rental broker before occupancy is taken

    Credit checks are required by the landlords to ensure that the applicant we are presenting has good standing credit and has shown the ability to pay their bills on time.
